Booking
All booking goes through online website or by phone.
Each service will have a short detailed explanation with it. Please read through each to decide what works best for you.
At your first service, we will sit together and discuss what will work best for your schedule and budget along with the maintenance requirements.
There are so many artists out there with different styles and unfortunately there are some that are not licensed or certified. It is Mint Cloud TBP’s policy not to work over other artists work if the current work is not done properly, we will need to start with a fresh set. Lash removal might be charged in this scenario.
Cancellation
CANCELLATIONS
You will see a cancellation policy when you book. Be sure to read through it thoroughly before booking. All cancellations require a 24hrs notice. Cancellation within 24 hours prior your appointment will result in 50% charge of your booking services.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
You will be charged 50% of booking service for any no call no show.
ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled. Please be on time to your appointment to ensure full service time. After 15 minutes without notification, your appointment will be considered late and might be cancelled. The amount of the service might be changed depending on your arrival time.
Salon Policy
CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
Please schedule your appointments around your child care. Mint Cloud TBP does not allow children in the studio without supervision
ANIMALS IN THE STUDIO
Mint Cloud TBP does not allow any pets in the studio.
CLIENT MAINTENANCE
You will get all the information you will need to understand all your lash maintenance . This policy will be discussed at your first appointment.
ALLERGY REACTION
In the unfortunate event you might be allergic to the glue from lash extensions, we will offer you a free removal.
REFUND
There will be no refund for any services performed.
No refund on Gift card.
